Bill Vogel is President and Chief Developer. He is certified as a Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute (PMI). He holds memberships in Apple Developer Connection, Oracle Technology Network, and is past participant in the 4th Dimension Developers Program. He has specialized in J2EE development projects.

Bill received the CSC 2004 Award for Technical Excellence for the Joint Strike Fighter Data Exchange Tool. Bill (Raymond William) was the Project Manager for this application.
